Cake: carrots, gluten-free flours (rice, millet, chestnut, tapioca), EGGS, rapadura sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, fleur de sel.
Frosting: CASHEW NUTS*, cane sugar*, maple syrup*, coconut oil*, lemon juice*
Decoration: variable but often contains NUTS

The decoration varies depending on the season. We prefer flowers, but depending on transport and availability, we sometimes use dried fruit.
