Allergens

All our products are guaranteed :

• gluten-free
• lactose-free (with the exception of certain products, but we always mention this)

Our production facility currently handles the following allergens:

• eggs
• sesame
• nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, etc.)
• sulphites (naturally present in some of our ingredients)
• milk (ghee and lactose-free cheese)

Despite all our precautions, our breads and pastries may accidentally contain traces of these allergens.
