Ingredients

For about 20 wraps (60g each):
  • 500g of wrap mix
  • 10g of apple cider vinegar (optional: for preservation)
  • 65g of liquid oil (sunflower, olive)
  • 620g of water

Equipment

  • A large bowl
  • A scale
  • a frying pan (or an oven)

The raw dough can be stored for 1 week in the fridge in an airtight jar.

Baking

  1. Cooking in a frying pan over medium heat: about a minute on each side
  2. Cooking in the oven at 200°C on baking paper: about 10 min
The wraps can be frozen.
